Definition of Culture

“The personality of an organization.” *

Personalities are complex. Individuals and organizational personalities have many variables. Some of those variables are static and some can evolve. FPS will identify the static personality variables so they can be best utilized and then provide options to shape the evolutionary ones.

The long term overall success of an organization is the sum of the successful ventures of each individual within that organization. At FPS we work with individuals to nurture their success. We work with leaders to facilitate bringing individuals together in a culture that is synergistic

We may work with your organization for a day or for months but in every case it is our goal to have a long lasting impact on the organizational culture. We are not interested in doing isolated work, work that is not integrated into how you do things on a daily basis. In this way we ensure our work is a catalyst for your organization and an investment in your success not just a passing event and an expense.

·       the culture of your organization impacts the bottom line
